“I tried hypnosis before but it didn’t work.  This therapy was really different with more focus on looking at why I got all anxious and things I did to escape situations,  the hypnosis just made it easier to relax and I use the recordings when I need to.  I was also given another recording for sleep which I use when I can’t sleep that mostly works too.”
